The outsourcing of different business processes for specialized companies usually at low cost locations has been on the agenda of international companies for two decades. Savings gained through professional outsource can be reallocated for development or any other prioritized objective. Is this indeed only available for multinationals, or could Hungarian small and medium companies also benefit from this? Hungary itself is a preferred country within the European Union when potential outsource destinations are listed, however the global champion is India with a long standing professional outsource industry, where we Hungarians ourselves could even consider to outsource certain processes. What is their success based on? Is it worthy indeed? How much? How can we co-operate successfully with them? Pros and cos, advantages, opportunities, obstacles.
